By using HasiFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or services.

What HasiFlow does

HasiFlow helps users track meals, nutrition, training, body data, hydration, reminders and goals. The app can use AI and product databases to estimate food, ingredients, nutrients and exercise values.

No medical advice

HasiFlow is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietetic or professional health advice. Nutrition and exercise outputs are estimates. You are responsible for deciding whether they are appropriate for you. Consult a qualified professional before making medical, diet, supplement or training decisions.

Accuracy of AI and barcode data

AI outputs, barcode matches, ingredient breakdowns, product labels and database results may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. You should review important entries before relying on them.

Your account and data

You are responsible for your account activity and for the accuracy of the information you enter. HasiFlow may store local and synced data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require an active paid plan. Payments and billing portal access are handled by Stripe or the applicable app store where used. Subscription access can depend on successful payment, entitlement checks and plan limits. Refunds are handled according to the payment provider or app store rules that apply to your purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• Attempt to bypass entitlement, billing, security or rate limits.
• Upload illegal, harmful or infringing content.
• Use HasiFlow to make medical diagnoses or emergency decisions.

Third-party services

HasiFlow may use providers such as Firebase, Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Open Food Facts, USDA FoodData Central and Stripe. Their services, availability and data may change independently of HasiFlow.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these Terms when the app, providers or legal requirements change.

Disclaimer

HasiFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non- infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HasiFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for losses arising from inaccurate nutrition, training, AI or product database information.

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, shared and stored.
